This year we are looking forward to the two events. First off, the steak night on Thursday May 19, 2018 at the Gordie Howe Sports Complex located at 1525 Avenue P South, Saskatoon SK .
We are in the midst of compiling many donations from all great businesses that will be up for grabs! Everyone will be leaving with excellent prizes.
Than the tournament is scheduled to follow that weekend on Saturday May. 12, 2018 at Leakos Field. Come out for some great early season baseball from 8 Senior Men’s teams. Your favorite local pub Hudson’s and there food truck will be on site with there awesome food & amazing staff! So bring out the family, and be apart of keeping Dylan’s spirit alive!

Itinerary:
The games start at 9 a.m. There will be 8 teams playing in the tournament this year.
Admission is free, but new this year you will be able to purchase T-shirt’s, Hoody’s & Bandana’s at the gate, if you didn’t already order yours.
Opening Ceremonies start at 12 noon.
The beer gardens & concession stand will be open for business all day & evening. On the menu, it’s hamburgers & hot dogs & the FAMOUS homemade perogies by Mary Procyshyn, with a bunch of other snacks.
There will be lots of prizes all day long to win, as well as, big silent auctions prizes.
For the kids, we will have appolo jump from 11-6, Warren the Balloon guy 1-2, Face painting 1:30-3:30, and children’s games.
Than, we will wind up the night with lots of fun with a social gathering under the grandstand. There will be food & drinks. Come support some great causes!
*We are currently taking applications for the 3rd consecutive scholarship to be awarded, so get your applications in.
We have had a good start of donations, but need more, so if you know of anyone or want to donate something to the tournament to help make it a success, you can contact Shauna at 306-341-1744, or Gino at 306-230-7202 and they can arrange to pick up the donation at your convenience!

2014
For the 4th Annual year, so far we have 10 teams registered for the tournament. Games will start Friday, May. 9 at 6 p.m. at Cairns Field.
-We will be serving burgers and the beer gardens will be open.
-Also, we will begin the door prizes & 50/50 draws.
On Saturday May. 10, 2014 the festivties will continue with games starting at 9 a.m.
-Food & Beer gardens will be opening at 10 a.m. We will be serving homemade perogies & kovbasa or choose from hamburgers & hot dogs.
-Door prizes will be drawn throughout the day, as well as, 50/50, and “closest to the bag” contest.
-NEW** We will have a $10,000 pay-off pitch. You can be 1 of 5 lucky contestants to throw your best pitch for a chance to win $10,000. The draw will be made on Saturday, May 10 at 7 p.m. and throws will begin at 8 p.m. ** Some restrictions do apply**
-Silent Auction’s all day
-Opening Ceremonies will begin at noon on Saturday, May 10. with Mayor Don Atchison throwing the first pitch and Jasmine Bernes singing O’Canada. There will also be a performance by Dance Ink.
-Childrens Activities begin at 1 p.m. with Balloons by Warren to kick it off. Face painting from 1:30- 3:30 p.m. Apollo Jump and kids games throughout the day.
-A Mustang RCMP cruiser will be brought for pictures and viewing!
-The Saskatoon Stallions are proud to announce their Casino Night which will be held under the grand stands, beginning after the payoff pitch going on until midnight.
2013
The day will be filled with many events and activities starting with:
-The senior men’s baseball games starting @ 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
-There will be door prizes drawn throughout the day
-A dunk tank for all ages from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
-Appollo jump all day
-Face painting from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
-Duck pond “win a prize every time”
-Opening Ceremony @ 12 p.m. featuring Dance Ink performing dances, Mayor Don Atchison throwing the first pitch, Brooklyn (Dylan’s daughter) is singing a song, Yoana singing the national anthem.
-Saskatoon’s own Rough Rider Scott McHenry signing autograph’s
-Can’t forget the food! Homemade perogies, taco in a bag, burgers & hot dogs, popcorn, and snow cones ( in case you didn’t get enough snow this year !)
-Beer gardens all day
-A Date with a Stallion
– World famous Casino night starting @ 7:30 p.m. going to 1 a.m. with outrageous prizes to be won
-And it wouldn’t be a hit without a free Safe Ride Home, offered by the RCMP Veterans
