9th Annual Dylan Nahorniak Memorial Baseball Tournament

The 4th Annual Dylan Nahorniak Memorial Baseball tournament was a great success!

A big thanks to all that came out & everyone/businesses who donated. Our family and the Stallions team feels an overwhelming amount of l0ve. We really appreciate everything that went into making the tournament a success.

Hopefully everyone had a chance to grab a copy of the Saskatoon Express this week with Colleen’s (Dylan’s mom) story. She shares some really great stories of Dylan, and we are all very proud of her for gathering the strength to do that.

We have also been asked to appear on the morning show of Global News Friday May. 9, 2014 regarding the tournament. So set your recorders or alarm clocks bright and early to catch Teralyn Nahorniak & Dan Asham on TV live!

We can hardly wait to let the games begin, and thank you again to everyone who has helped make all this possible, we are anticipating another huge success. It is such an honour that we can keep Dylan’s memory alive.

With only 4 days until the big tournament I wanted to update everyone on a few things!

• Today is the last day for sponsors to get their donations in if they were wanting advertisement in the program. Don’t get us wrong we will still be accepting donations, but we just can’t promise the advertising in the program unfortunately due to printing time.
• Tonight we will be holding a General Meeting, which will be held at 7 p.m. at Cairns field under the grand stands, to mesh all the last-minute details together. Everyone is welcome to this meeting and we are still looking for volunteers to help out the day of the tournament!
• We have been approached by Global Saskatoon Morning News to do a segment this Friday morning, so watch for that! Should be very interesting!
• Also, we are in the Saskatoon Express this week, so don’t f0rget to pick up your copy.

We are all getting very excited about this year’s tournament. As today is May the 1st, the countdown is on.
